Health Insurance Card is necessary

It is necessary to present the health insurance card at the reception to receive medical examination. （If you do not bring the health insurance card, you need to pay all of the medical cost by yourself.）
You are also required to present your health insurance card, not only at the first medical examination, but at the beginning of each month which you receive a medical examination.
